Had a brilliant sports massage with Ellie. My traps were so tight and my neck felt an inch longer when I left! Also worked her magic on my lower back which has been pain free since. Thanks Ellie!

I had a sports massage with Ellie after struggling with a repetitive shoulder injury causing issues with my neck and shoulder.
Ellie was very professional with her set up and all details required were noted and recorded ensuring she knew exactly what was required. The massage was perfect hitting all the right spots and releasing a lot of tension and knotted muscle. I would absolutely recommend Ellie and will be re booking as soon as I can.

I saw Ellie for some work on a long term shoulder problem. She listened to my concerns and explained and asked questions during the treatment. She has great knowledge and I have much more freedom of movement following treatment. Great experience, would use again and recommend a visit! Thank you.
